Sharpening Skills: SxS Driver Training with the Crew

Before heading back into the hills for Mission 8, the Hunt for Good team took some time to brush up on safety and driver skills. We wanted to make sure everyone behind the wheel of a side-by-side (SxS) was confident, capable, and ready for any terrain.

The legends at CARnZ Training Limited put us through our paces with a full day of theory and hands-on training. We covered everything from SxS safety checks and maintenance to smart driving techniques for rough and unpredictable conditions.

Even with years of experience under their belts, the boys found the session incredibly useful. It’s easy to forget how much a bit of expert guidance can sharpen up your approach.

Out in the field, those lessons make a real difference. Knowing how to handle a slide, manage steep tracks, and work with the terrain isn’t just about performance — it’s about keeping everyone safe.
